Kindergarten – program will meet one day a week starting mid December (day and time tba which will be determined by the volunteer coaches and gym availability). Focus is on basketball fundamentals through drills, and games in a fun filled environment. No registration fee
1st, 2nd & 3rd Grades – games on Saturdays and one mid-week evening practice starting mid December (day and time tba which will be determined by the volunteer coaches and gym availability.) Focus is on skill improvement/development and basketball concepts through drills and games. No registration fee

REGION 1 PARK & REC JR. MOUNTAINEER BASKETBALL
PROGRAMS WILL START IN EARLY DECEMBER AND END IN LATE FEBRUARY
Kindergarten – This program will meet on Friday evenings only. Focus is on basketball fundamentals with a fun filled environment at North Canaan Elementary School.
Registration Fee $30.00
1st & 2nd Grades – This program will meet on Saturday mornings only. Focus is on basketball fundamentals through drills and games at Housatonic Valley Regional High School.
Registration Fee $30.00
3rd-6th Grades– Wednesday evening practice at The Hotchkiss School gym will focus on skill improvement/ development and basketball concepts, plus
focus on fine tuning basketball skills and team concepts in preparation for middle school athletics. Games on Saturdays at Housatonic Valley Regional High
School.
Registration Fee $30.00
Grades 3-6 Travel Teams– We will be offering a travel team option for both boys and girls in grades 3-6. Tryouts will be held in late October/early November.
Participation in the in house rec program will be required for all travel team players
